Willow Bark Foragers Basket
Inspired by traditional Slavic and Scandinavian Birch bark baskets used for foraging mushrooms, wild plants and berries. This one is made with Willow bark I gathered from my home where I am tending some wild willows for baskets and medicine. As the basket ages, colors will vary and darken, becoming more beautiful and still retaining that distinct sweet willow scent. A texturally and visually beautiful gift to behold.
